Equal Playing Time Policy
The intention of this season is for all of the girls to enjoy themselves is a non-competitive (a competitive attitude will be excused during the Cambridge City game). This will hopefully encourage the girls to continue up through the age ranges and to enjoy the benefits that being part of a football team brings in later years.
This season we will be awarded a point even for a loss.
So my intention is to split the playing time between the girls equally to allow each and every girl to have a fair try out.
This will mean that each girl will have to come off the playing field for around 10 minutes during each game and I hope you will understand this and explain this to your children before each game so they are not too upset and not playing a full game.
The Goalkeeper is an exception to this and will stay on all the time she is fit during the game.
